Bone Dry Roofing

We’ve been using Bone Dry for all our roofing needs for over 15 years. Most recently (July and August 2023) we had damaged shingles replaced, an exhaust vent replaced and the chimney stainless steel skirting and vent replaced. The Bone Dry employees (Ryan VanTreese, Jesus, Austin, Tony and Dylan) completed the work efficiently, timely and professionally. I have had two roofs put by Bone Dry (different houses). The first had to be replaced because another contractor did a horrible job and the roof had to be replaced after 5 years. Bone Dry is finished on less than 1 day and you wouldn't know they were here except you have a new roof. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so. Three large (main, addition, garages) and one small (porch) sections of roofing replaced in just one day! Old roof was off by 9 am. New roof was on, including two long ridge vents, by 2 pm. Luckily only two pieces of decking needed replaced due to removal of old style non-functional powered roof vents. Flashing took awhile because only one guy was working on all of that in the direct sun and afternoon heat. 13 hours start to finish for everything including protecting plants and windows to immaculately cleaning up everything. They sent pictures at every step. 25 yr labor warranty, 50 yr materials warranty. Rated for 130 mph winds. Very impressed by Bone Dry Roofing!
