This is the BEST company I have ever dealt with. From the day the original representative, Ryan, came out, to the day that the project started and ended, with Andrew. Mine was an unusual story because I was scammed by an original roofer who took the original insurance money and ran so this project was on me. This guys went OVER and ABOVE to help me ! BONE DRY is FANTASTIC and I should have started with them first! Now I have the task of trying to find the original roofer but know that there are good people and good companies out there. I had a new roof and insulation placed two years ago by another company. I was having trouble with ventilation and moisture in the attic. I couldn’t get them to come out and look. I called another company and didn’t get any help. Finally I called Bone Dry. They came out promptly and showed me with pictures what the issues were. They took the time to explain everything in detail. I had them do the work that needed to be done. I am now confident that everything is fixed finally. I only wished I would have had them do my roof and insulation in the first place. They are trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, responsive in a very timely manner.
