Deb and I have had many contractors in our home over the past 2 years and I have to say that by far Godby has been the best. From the initial phone call to set up an estimate appointment to the final installation. Duwayne was great, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened and explained everything very well and on layman's level. He was patient and had no problem revising our quote 3 times until we were happy with what we wanted. Your installers, Joe and Adam are awesome!!! They were here early and asked me several questions of how I wanted certain things and then did exactly as I requested. We call on Godby for all of our heating and plumbing needs. They are always professional, thorough, on time, and they do great work and stand behind it. They installed our heating and air conditioning systems and maintain them semi-annually, and they have also solved plumbing issues for us and given us excellent advice and recommendations when the issue is better solved by another company. They text a photo and info about the service member on his or her way to the house, and the service member calls us to tell us as well. There is even a map tracking feature so that we can see how far away the person is and how much time we have until he or she arrives. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, there is a personal touch to doing business with them that we really appreciate, from both the service members who come to the house and from Stephanie, the friendly receptionist. My experience with Godby was better than I expected...from speaking with Lexy who answered my call to the two technicians who showed up on time. Lexy made me feel comfortable in moving forward with positivity. The techs, both Tyree and Chris (trainee,), were both polite, neat in appearance, and very professional. They were also very respectful of my requests to wear a mask and protective covers over their shoes. Tyree's diagnosis was quick and painless as he explained to me the problem with my furnace. I appreciated his honesty because it was an easy fix and in today's business industry, it is sometimes hard to find people who treat you fairly.
