This company is the dumbest company ever obviously they have no idea what they are doing because they cant even work on a smart thermostat i called my warranty company 2 weeks ago they came out 3 days later i have video proof this guy took apart my whole furnace then went up stairs looked at my thermostat and said yup cant do it and left now im still with no AC and now no help this is the WORST I MEAN WORST COMPANY OUT HERE. to make things even worse i am a contractor as well and do residential work to and i swear if i did this at someones house my boss would fire me unacceptable and just a horrible job overall how are your doors still open???????? DO NOT HIRE THEM OR CALL THEM IF YOU ARE REFFERED TO THEM CALL ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM!!!!! BEWARE HOMEOWNERS!!!!!!!!!

FANTASTIC customer service! PROFESSIONAL throughout the process (uniform was questionable though lol)! UNDERSTANDING and SUPPORTIVE! ACCOMODATING! Got connected through my home warranty company AHS. It was an emergency situation where my A/C unit went out, temps in the home reached the 90s and I have a small baby. I explained the situation and the earliest they could get me was a few days later which was still faster than the 2 other companies I spoke with previously. The guy on the phone (I wish I remembered his name) told me that if someone cancelled or a job finished sooner that he would keep me in mind. I called in the next day just to check...and he said I might be able to get me in. He called me a couple hours later and said I got an opening if you're available and they were able to squeeze me in!
