They are kind of expensive for the service. When I called for a broken water heater, they came and to tell me the water heater is broken and to give an estimate, they charged the insurance company.

I have been a customer of Gordon Plumbing for over 20 years…but today that ended. Customer service has lost me as what I would have thought was a valued customer. I set up a sump pump replacement/repair for a morning appointment and was told they would call before they would come my way…no call the morning of the appointment, no call that I recognized that afternoon…I called the next morning and was told that I did not answer the phone so they did not come. I asked if they left a message and they said no. I looked back at my call log, did not have a call in the AM, but one call at 12:43 from an unknown number. I have their number specified in my contacts and the customer service manager indicated that the technician makes the call not the office . Well the call was not in the morning first off, it was from an unknown number and no message. I requested for them to come today and they could not schedule me for over a week out.
