This happened on a Saturday and he was able to get here less than an hour after I called. It was inexpensive with no extra charge for a weekend hours, which I really appreciate They sent Kendall the next day to offer further analysis as to what was causing my main drain issues. We subscribe to Service Plus' semi annual inspection/cleaning on our furnace and AC unit. Our service technician, Mario, was very punctual for our appointment. He was very kind and helped to explain each part of the process he was checking, why, etc. I can tell he is proud of his work and enjoys getting to build rapport with his customers! He genuinely cares for his customers and wants to make sure they get the most longevity out of their units.
