Dee was great. Office staff were pleasant. Not a fan of the arrival notification process. You aren’t given a time or a window. You get a call 30-45 min prior to arrival. I thought the repair fee was excessive ($410) for a ball valve, four inches of copper pipe, two couplings, soldering, and 40 min of labor. Especially since the leak wasn’t even under the house. The prices are a little high, but you pay good money for a good service, right? I was put off by the salesperson not knowing anything about the systems they install. I asked for manufacturer and model and he had no clue. He did call somebody and ask, which I appreciated, but that should have been my first hint. When my house started smelling funny after a new furnace install ($15k for the "3-star" system) I became worried. Once my carbon monoxide detectors were going off I decided to check the work, and to my surprise the installer didn't connect the exhaust. When we called the morning after the install (5 minutes after seeing the exhaust) the lady on the phone didn't seem to see the problem. She did schedule an appointment for the next day, and I didn't run my heat for the night. The mistake alone was hard to excuse, but is that customer service? I've paid this company approximately $20k in the past year for various services and have always been disappointed. They have lost my busines
