We had an emergency in which our main circuit board on the furnace blew out and caused a little fire. Donnie came first thing the following morning and told us they could fix it and without pushing it, also quoted a very good price on a new 97% efficiency furnace. We opted for replacing it since the current one was old. He was very pleasant to work with. Good communication, quick responses, professional and friendly are some of this company's qualities!
