First time client here! Nathan demonstrated great professionalism. He was thorough in his explanations and transparent in the course of discussing solutions. Furthermore, he was patient and tolerance with someone who has a cognitive impairment as the home owner.
Derrick was knowledgeable and very professional. I had called Grey Plumbing and they weren’t able to snake drain. Charged me 90 to do nothing! I will definitely call Pristine Plumbing next time I need assistance. Derrick was great. Even my Engineer neighbor said how knowledgeable and professional he is. The staff on the phone were pleasant. The tech that came to the house was presentable, friendly & on time. Seemed to know his profession. We were quoted a pretty significantly high price. Were told we'd have to replace a lot of pipes. Mainly because the tech was "unfamiliar" with the pipe. And said that was the reason we would have to replace so much. However. We got another company out. Within 30 minutes the job was done. No replacement needed of the "unfamiliar" pipe. Inexperience was definitely the reason for 4 stars. And definitely more helpful to us today. We do appreciate the time spent with us, by Pristine Plumbing :)
