I had such an incredible experience. The technician who assisted me, Jeff, was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly professional and explained all of the things he was doing each step of the way. He broke down the cost for each procedure and explained how each would help us in the long run. We had another company come out initially who was charging us an astronomical amount of money to refill our Freon and check for leaks. Loves came out and did the exact same service for $130 less. Live Always takes care of us, and I never feel like I am being sold on services or products I don’t need. Dave, our service tech, is friendly and knows everything! Kim in the office is awesome too. She calls to remind us to use our service contract, which I would otherwise forget. Highly recommend.
