They've been our heating and air company, for a few years now. They're almost always able to get out to us the same day or within a couple days of calling. Our most recent technician, Kurt, was excellent and extremely knowledgeable!

I have used Love Heating & Air to check-out, clean and help maintain my HVAC system ever since I moved to a new home. I can't say enough about their professionalism, thoroughness and competency! Time and time again they help bring me up to speed on my system, if I have questions-- they have the answers! I'm giving this company 3 stars because they failed to do the job I asked them to do but I previously did have a good experience with them. However, when they came out the second time for a different issue.... I never got a call to let me know they were on their way, never got a call to let me know what was going on, never got a call that they were done, and never got a bill. I called to set up the service and then heard absolutely nothing after that. I assumed they had dropped the ball and never came out... until they sent me a past due bill months later. When I spoke to a woman in the service department, she said that because the notes say that my thermostat MAY be malfunctioning and MIGHT need replaced, they didn't have to replace the part. Apparently the tech noted that the button wasn't sticking anymore (I tried it the very next day and it was still sticking). But because their notes use the word "may" be malfunctioning.... they didn't feel obligated to replace the thermostat or a
