I called and requested service on two small items I needed repairs on. I was told I would receive a call back later that afternoon to schedule an appointment . That call never came. No problem everybody gets busy. Another whole day goes by and still no call back. I call again during office hours and leave a message on the recorder. Another day goes by and still no call back. You would think a courtesy call to simply say we are booked up right now, you might want to seek another plumber. So much for good service, more then likely a blessing, if they will disrespect you with a very simple matter I can only imagine how poor the quality of work would be as well.

We have used Rex May & Sons for nearly ten years - and there's good reason(s) we don't look anywhere else - great family, honest, reliable, consummate professionals with heart.
