I had my roof installed by Bauerle 2 years ago. The whole process went mostly smoothly and pricing was very reasonable. My new roof looked great! Recently, a home inspection revealed that the seal around the plumbing stack was damaged. I called Bob Bauerle and he was out the very next morning to fix it. He even went out of his way to get a part when he saw there was more damage than expected, and did all this without charging me (and the damage had nothing to do with the original installation!). Very responsive to all communication; worked 8 am - 7 pm for 5 days with daily site cleanup: very professional and put me at ease for a project I wasn’t familiar with (gutters, soffits, fascia and rafters) nor was I climbing a ladder to inspect the problem areas.
