The five stars are for Jerry. He was friendly, honest, and persistent. We had what ended up being a somewhat tricky light-switch situation in a couple of the upstairs bathrooms of our home, but they were tricky because the builder had not done a very good job of installing them correctly. Jerry explained how the switches should have been connected, and then proceeded to patiently fix all of them until we were both confident that the problem had been solved. He was transparent about pricing, and he explained what he was doing as he repaired each box. Jerry is an electrician -- and a person -- who we would welcome back into our home any time. Brett was great, and Mister Sparky really helped us in a pinch. I needed someone same day to come out and while the issue was a quick fix for Brett, he took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciated the time he took out of his day to explain what was going on, what was wrong and what needed to be fixed past the issue that initiated the call. I felt much more informed and understood better the urgency of the issue. Thank you very much Brett! Hope we can fix those issues going forward too.
