I had a partial outage in my home that impacted several rooms. I did the normal DIY and checked the GFI and circuit breakers. The Tech verified power at the box and then had to troubleshoot where the connection was broken. The Tech found a broken light switch at the first stop from the main box. Easy fix so I was happy. The Tech was great, very professional and used boot covers to protect my carpet. Sometimes the little things like boot covers tell you how they will take care of the big things. The Tech was organized, careful with my property, courteous and I would recommend this company.

I was very upset with their service today. They charge us $90 for trip charge which I understand and I will pay. I have talked to the owner about our issue and received the quotation previously (before today's trip). When the technician was here today (he was even late more than one hour for his appointment), we consulted him about how we would proceed the job and accepted the quotation which was $3,925.46. I was deciding between two options - replacing whole (15) units or just fixing 1 or 2 lights that had problems. I finally ordered the job for them to finish when they receive the parts in two weeks. When the technician was leaving, he left us an invoice that showed total of $180 for today's service - $90 trip charge + $90 for his time at the site. Doesn't the trip charge include the traveling and diagnosing? When I called the owner to ask about this, he said that's how they operate their business and he didn't even charge me for two workers today. I didn't ask him to send me

I needed an outlet in my crawl. Submitted a request for estimate on line. RU came out the next day (I was afraid they would send a salesman, they did not) super efficient and listened to what I really wanted. They waste no time, give you and estimate and we booked the work. Came as planned (no huge windows of time). Work was done in an hour (actually less). Price was good and the quality is excellent.
