We’ve never owned a home with a septic system. We bought our current home 2 months ago and were told it had been several years since the system tank had been pumped. We called ASAP Septic and they made an appointment for the next day. They showed up, on time, and quickly and professionally did their job. The service tech took the time to explain septic systems and go over the dos and don’t of having one. We were very happy with their service.

We have been customers of ASAP for the last 4 years for our septic cleaning and have always found them to be professional and reasonably priced. We had what we thought was a clog on Wednesday they came out to clean the septic and discovered our pump was not working. They also found that the mainline to our home had collapsed. They came out Friday to fix the line and pump started at 10am and worked all day and had it finished and working great by 5pm. Vaughn and his guys were troopers out in the rain, snow and cold. We will always trust them with our septic needs. Thanks everyone for your hard work!
