Accolades ????to Paul, Hunter and Travis. The customer service was the best I have encountered in years. Repaired pool pump outlet and replaced wiring on outdoor AC unit. Long ago this was a reliable, good company. Years later....rude, doesn't return phone calls, inflated pricing. Don't complain or they will charge you "unexpected charges". Was told by a Tech, they like doing the "big" projects! Lost ALL respect for this company!! Service: Electrical wiring repair
Called a week ago for service and was told they are backed up said fine. called back a week later to follow up and see where I was in the que. was told that they wouldn't be able to service me and that i should go else where. I've been using this company for over 5 years personally and for my business. The woman on the phone wouldn't give me her name and hung up on me so and before hand asked to talk to ownership and was told not in office. Will never use them again and can't recommend to anyone after this lousy display of business.
