Titan Mechanical Services LLC was called out to replace an existing unit that was installed by the previous company. This is a newly constructed high end apartment building, not even two years old. Titan Mechanical removed and replaced the existing unit. While replacing the new unit they discovered the actual issue, that no one else could find. The owner of Titan Mechanical Services didn't think twice about coming out on Christmas Eve, in the freezing cold, and correcting the issue from the previous company. I have been in the High End Commercial Construction Industry for 30 plus years, so I can state my opinion. These guys are Top notch! They are the kind of people, you can hand over your keys, go about your business, come home to the issue fixed, messes cleaned up, like no one was there to begin with.
