To start with, I will say all technicians I’ve worked with have been friendly. However, I called today because my A/C isn’t working. I just had their routine maintenance and A/C check one month ago and tech said it was all working great. Now all the sudden the fan isn’t blowing any air inside, which is concerning since the last person to mess with it is their tech. I was told since I didn’t renew my membership with them they were unconcerned and they could get a tech out for an assessment for $189. I would definitely suggest ppl not sign up for their membership if this is how they stand behind their heating and air assessments… so glad I paid to have someone come and mess with my system and it went from working really great to broken in 1 month when it hasn’t been on. Next company I called said they could get a tech out for $99.
The majority of people I have dealt with in this company have been very professional, my very last technician was awesome his name was Dacoda New. Very informative, gave us tons of information and gave us options. I actually asked to have him set up as our return maintenance. I would most definitely recommend this company.
I had another great experience with Home Comfort Experts yesterday. I had a new AC Unit, furnace, special filter system, duct booster and humidifier, plus a thermostat installed all in 1 day. The team was very professional and tentative. The technicians laid down a tarp and wore protective feet coverings to insure they didn’t make a mess. Our house really needed an upgraded system installed professionally and they delivered just that. My favorite part of the experience was, how kind and knowledgeable the complete process was. I knew everything that was going on, and they listened to everything that we needed and wanted and then some. I love our new system, it’s nice to not need a portable heater in our master bedroom anymore, the duct booster works amazing.
