The technician Robert, came to repair my furnace which was not working. He was professional and demeanor was efficient, informative and courteous. He diagnosed my furnace and found the problem which was minor and was totally honest and his assessment and it required no new parts be replaced and I got my final result of heat in my home in these winter months, and all for the price of a diagnosis only. I could not be happier than I am with ARs and with Robert he is a huge benefit to the company!
