My furnace stopped working, it was very cold out The tech at KMI, Kyle was very professional and gave me suggestions on how to keep warm for the night and told me he would get to me asap. He was able to get to me the next morning. What really stood out to me was that he knew I was in a desperate position, but he didn’t take advantage of me. The price was very reasonable and he even checked to make sure that other things nearby were functioning properly. I would definitely recommend KMI to anyone that needs HVAC work.
