Car charger install was done very well and quickly. They team left no mess and even though it was wiring in the garage the install looks nice and clean. Only issue I had was a missed appointment which the scheduler took responsibility for missing. While an inconvenience not a big deal nor does it change the quality of the work done. We received service to rectify an issue with a running toilet in our home, and my husband and I were really impressed with the service quality of the Bassett team. Their customer service was very prompt, polite and efficient! Their scheduling was smooth and convenient as well. Our technician was David M., and he was terrific. He was really kind, patient and helpful. He was able to identify and correct the issue with our toilet fairly quickly, and was able to help with a basement drain issue - as well with a couple of other related questions. We would definitely recommend this team!
