Ben repaired two rotted window sills, several feet of rotted soffit in two places, and put new weather stripping around my garage door. He was on time, had the tools he needed, worked steadily, and did a very good job. He was pleasant and professional. I would use Ben and Ace again for sure.

We had a great experience with Shane. He is a great communicator on the job site and lets us know when he is headed in for the morning and home for the evening. Everyday he sent us pictures of his work and detailed what was completed and what needed to be done, or if there were any unforeseen issues. He also provided his advice and expertise which ended up saving us on flooring costs in the long run. He was very flexible on what we asked of him and his work is outstanding. I had them repair a hole in my drywall ceiling, they were prompt, and professional. I was initially unhappy with the first repair. The first technician was 3 hours late arriving and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. The patch looked terrible and I requested that it be redone properly. The office was very accommodating and sent another technician out and the repair was done properly. He was very helpful and professional. He arrived when he said he would and was actually early.
