My name is Jason Gean, owner of Gean Roofing. One of our clients told me to check out BSR reviews and that it appeared that our name was being slandered. The purpose of this review is solely a rebuttal to BSR slandering my great name/ reputation and false allegations of myself posting another review listed here, under a name of "Jean G". This was not a review I created nor have I ever used that name. I have contacted BSR twice regarding this matter and have been left with these statements.... "It was two years ago and they (owners) don't really care anymore" "I don't know how to change our response" "we don't run the Google page". They may "not care after a couple years", but I've just learned of this situation and I do care, regardless of how much time has past. Although I was surprised that they would believe that we had posted a fraudulent review, I was nonetheless sympathetic to their situation since we have had to contend with fraudulent reviews ourselves.
