I have used I&M for several of my issues! 1) They have replaced a water heater, 2) repaired my ac (after another contractor told me it had to be replaced and was going to cost me $8k-$10k) 3) replaced an ancient furnace in a small home that we purchased at a reasonable price. I purchased an AC unit two years ago with high hopes of staying cool during the hot summer months. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. During the second year of usage, I encountered a significant issue with the AC leaking and freezing, leaving me thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, the fact that such a problem occurred just after two years of use is unacceptable. I expected my AC to be reliable and durable for at least a few more years, but it failed to live up to that expectation. This freezing and leaking issue not only disrupted my comfort but also caused potential damage to my furniture and flooring due to the water leakage. The constant freezing of the AC unit was extremely frustrating.
