I called Richard after a referral here in Lenexa Kansas for an issue with our hot water heater (the pilot light would not stay lit). He answered the phone promptly, and let me know he was booked out for the next week. He then took time out of his day to walk me through troubleshooting steps to identify the problem with the hot water heater. We got the issue figured out and he told me how to replace the part. The kindness, knowledge and expertise Richard showed was a breath of fresh air.
