We bought our house in the summer of 2014 and there was a Hickman sticker on our furnace so naturally they were my first call when we needed a tune up prior to winter. They knew our system and it's quirks. Since that first tune up I have had them out twice for diagnostic work. In the Summer of 2015 Don came and gave me a comprehensive proposal of what we would need done to have our "dream" HVAC system that would be compatible with our house layout, existing duct work, and house size. Sadly we were not ready to have all of the work done but he gave us several alternatives to fit our budget. We chose to have our AC filled with freon to hold us over and he got our AC up and running before he left. This summer we knew we needed to replace our AC unit and called Hickman. Shirley is always polite and incredibly helpful when you call. Don is equally praise worthy. Although we were not financially able to update the entire system Don came up with custom solutions to make our existing setup

I’ve been visiting town with my family staying with a family friend. Our friend had a new furnace put in before we arrived. Last night the A/C stopped working and Don came out almost immediately after we called Don this afternoon. He died in the system a d we are now basking in cool air.
