Fast and efficient service. Tech (Sam) was super knowledgeable and explained everything that he did. Went extra mile to finish the job in one day too.
Hayden came out last week to look at 2 toilets and a leaky shower faucet. He stayed 5-10 minutes, charging me a $150 "diagnostic fee" but did not fix or change anything. He talked me out of the shower project and instructed me to order parts for both toilets on amazon. Four days later, I called Heartland Plumbing; The scheduler stated that she would contact the plumber and call me right back. Almost six hours later, no reply. I called the office again. I was finally given an estimate. It was a good estimate, but now w
