I like supporting local businesses, so I always call Heartland Plumbing when I have a plumbing problem or project. Sometimes their schedule is full, and if the issue is urgent, I have to look elsewhere. I called Heartland to put in a recirculation line for the tankless water heater they installed. The appointment was set for three weeks later. The week before the start of the job, the plumber came by to access and estimate the project. On the morning of the job was to start, I received a call from the plumber stating he was Home Depot and learned that the pump he was going to use would not work.
