Very happy with my install - full HVAC replacement. The guys were on time and very professional and respectful. They used floor coverings to protect the carpet, and wore booties to avoid tracking in dirt. The install was fast (less than 8 hours start to finish) and they left nothing behind. There was no mess. CON: My only complaint about the company was that I was informed that they would call when the technician was on the way, but didn’t, so I was a little taken by surprise. I have dogs who are very protective so I needed to remove them from the situation. PRO: Mike was super professional about the visit and when all was done, he brought my husband, who had come in halfway through the visit, up to speed. He seemed to be very thorough and courteous. Tim was the tech that visited and he was awesome. Taught me a lot and was able to get our 11 year old heating system working again for us. He did ask us if we would like to have someone come out to quote us a new system and we plan to have that done sometime in the future, but we are going to try and limp along with our current system for the time being. We had a couple small holes from rust in our gas flue and he was able to validate no carbon monoxide was making its way into the area. He taped the holes and recommended we get that fixed soon. Planning to work with Santa Fe when it’s time for our replacement system and will be asking to work with Tim in the future!
