UPDATE: The veteran owner came by a week later and said he wanted to pick up his company's garbage. He was not apologetic, and seemed angry. It was weird behavior and I spoke to him through the door because of it. A person needs to feel comfortable with the people doing work in the home - whether she owns the home or is renting. The owner of the company did not act any more respectful than his employees and his aggressive stare and obvious anger was threatening to a woman home alone. Not cool to go to a home angry about a negative review in the guise of making things better. I felt if he had actually been concerned about making things better, he would have returned my phone call the day of service, rather than coming to my door a week later after my negative review was published. We won't recommend this company. The work was done well but their practices were disrespectful and unsafe. Shocker Electric was able to send someone out to address our electrical issue after a tree branch fell on the power line. They arrived on time and was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend their service.
