Mike Watson and his family run business knows their stuff and have a long history in the Wichita area of quality work. I'll be continuing to call on "Watson Heating and Cooling" for any other HVAC needs I have and I would recommend them to any of my friends.

I had been using Mike service for a couple of years call for service was told u was being blocked by Mike and that he no longer wanted my service calls!!!! When I asked why she responded "it doesn't say, he just doesn't want to do business with you'. Which they did me a favor because then I found a much better place to do my business at. And just because you tell your customer that you fixed your techs breaking there a/c or furnace for free as you should as a business owner does not make everything ok!!! Hope you learn how to a good customer service for the sake of your company!!!!

I appreciate the quick response to my heating and cooling needs. Mike Watson Heating and Cooling has always been prompt to respond. Their pricing is very competitive with a highly trained staff. I have used them for over 3 years and have always been pleased with the results.
