Using Century Roofing was a great experience. From the moment that Scott R. gave us the estimate to the finished roof, we experienced professional, polite, knowledgeable, thorough and caring people. When Scott R. inspected the work he found a couple of minor things that he himself took care of. Fair price and even better bargain when we got to upgrade free to 50 yr. shingles this spring. They magnet searched the area around the house for nails not once, not twice but three times. Another Scott came for final punch list of painting the new vent flashing to match roof and replaced the top of the furnace flew that had worn out so we wouldn't have to get up there, and this Scott made another pass with the magnet. (Husband is 65 yrs. old and Scott R. truly cared about our safety, he reduced our anxiousness.)The crew went out of their way to protect stuff on the ground. So glad we chose Century Roofing!
From start to finish the attention to details and professionalism that Joe Collins showed us was well appreciated. The weather was the only disappointment we experienced and Joe kept in contact with us letting us know when the crew would be able to start. The five man installation crew was very fast and professional and when the job was finished there was no evidence that they were ever here. Except for an awesome looking roof. I would highly recommend Century Roofing.
I had hail damage that caused leaking through roof. Insurance covered a new roof and after four estimates, Century Roofing had the best price. I ended up needing new gutters that they installed as well. I dealt with Joe Collins. He was responsive every time I needed to talk to him, he responded quickly. I was happy that they were able to get to my roof in a timely manner. They were willing to go the next day (Friday), but Kansas City area was in one of those rain filled days and got to my roof the following week. Looks great, couldn't be happier. Hopefully I never have to have my roof repaired/replaced again, but if I do, I will use Century Roofing. Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation
