3-Year Update: Still waiting for the soffits (seen in photos taken 09/22) to lie down. They don't look very good and the humps in them allow bugs and snow to blow into small portions of my attic. Also, I now have a large bump on the top portion of my roof as seen in the other photo where the missed a bunch of nails to secure the plywood after cutting into it to install the prior mentioned vents. Called to explain situation and they are in process of looking into it. Will adjust review accordingly after the follow-up. Original Review: While the customer service was exceptional, the overall experience left something to be desired. In total, my job took three weeks to complete. This is due to a 10x3 section of my roof not being replaced on the original job date. Other hiccups along the way included a torn screen, a hole in one of my gutters, and a chimney that had to be re-flashed two more times to keep water out. I had Easton Roofing replace my gutters. I am so happy I contacted Easton. They were professional, and managed to schedule my project within a week. The new gutters have fixed the problem I had with water leaking into the basement, as the water gets rerouted away from my home. The quality of the materials is excellent, and I was very happy with the work as well as the initial consultation and honest recommendations on what work was necessary.
