They did a great job navigating my home warranty. Home warranty companies can be difficult to deal with but they did awesome explaining the process. Documentation was done quickly and they scheduled me for first available with no questions asked. Staff was very professional and answered all my questions. Got tankless water heater replaced and fixed some faucets for me. Easy to speak to and they don’t make you feel stupid for not knowing things. Highly recommend. I wish I could give them 10 stars, truly. I had another company look at my sewer line due to a back up in my basement drain, who ended up suggesting tearing up my floor to replace a section of my sewer line at a steep price. Thankfully Quick Relief was able to fit me into their schedule quickly for a second opinion, & Anthony brought so much relief while quickly building trust! They were able to remove an old sewer cap that fell into the line WITHOUT tearing up my floor & at less than half the cost of the other company all in a matter of 2 days within me calling. I couldn't be more thankful for their creative problem solving. The entire time they were calm (despite my frazzled self), incredibly kind, patient, professional, and clear communicators. I truly felt they had my best interest at heart. As long as I live in Kansas City, they will without a doubt have me as a customer. Used my home warranty and Quick Relief is the contractor they called. All went well. Anthony did a great job looking at the job. Sent the job proposal to the home Warranty and got it approved. Anthony came back out to do the fix, outside hose. All went well. Will definitely request home warranty use them for me for the next repair.
