I cannot say enough good things about Garrett and his team. As a first time home owner, I don't have a lot of experience in the HVAC department. When my AC stopped working on 95 degree day I was dreading making the call because I knew they had me in a bind. Little River came out right away to diagnose the issue with my system. They made sure I understood what was going on so we could explore multiple options for repair or a full replacement. Due to the age of my current system I decided to go with a full replacement and was met with a bid that I couldn't refuse. Before I knew it I was back up and running. Garret was very informative. We had a lot of HVAC companies come out and they only talk above your head and charge lots of money. He was not able to help us at our business but he did explain the problem with our commercial unit. He came out and did great job on our home unit. He was very efficient. An overall excellent experience. I was quoted about $8,000 for a furnace and and 3 ton central air replacement from two other hvac companies. Garrett was able to do the furnace and a 3.5 ton central air replacement for significantly less by using a lesser known brand. Both units are working great and the AC is significantly quieter than our old unit. Garrett explained the differences between the different types of units, and came up with a great affordable solution. He was punctual, tidy and delivered exactly what he quoted upfront.
