We called Roto Rooter and they were able to come out within 3 hours to provide an estimate AND get our water heater installed the same day. Had a 10/10 experience with this company! I reached out late at night for someone to come out the next day and received a response within an hour confirming they would be there! Luke was an absolute delight and fixed my water pressure like the total pro they are! They even took the time to explain what they were doing, just so I understood the process and wasn’t left in the dark. I scheduled an appt for 12-2 today, then had to reschedule for later. Rescheduling process was simple, gentleman was friendly on the phone. Luke arrived shortly after 4 (rescheduled time), fixed the issues, and took the time to return the cabinet under the sink to how it was before. He also made sure all my questions were answered. Overall great, fast service.
