My adventurous 5yr old decided to flush his sister's toothbrush down the toilet. I called McCann and the very friendly lady who answered said they unfortunately couldn't help me until the next day, which was perfectly reasonable. That same lady called an hour later and told me that something opened up and that they could be there within 15 minutes. The two gentlemen (Austin, being one of them) were friendly, professional, and courteous. They happily obliged when I asked them if they could please wear the shoe covers that I supplied, and never once made me feel uncomfortable/unsafe. They were able to solve the problem in 5 minutes, and my daughter is so happy to have her toothbrush back! Just kidding - it went in the trash lol. Thanks again, guys!
