Dillon's Heating & Cooling

This is always a good experience. I have used other companies before I discovered Dillons but they didn't turn out so good. Dillons has excellent service from beginning to end. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Have used them several times on different properties, everything was great until their new employee Patrick came in 2 hours late to an appointment without calling or texting me, then the second time when he came in to do a repair, the appointment was scheduled for between 1-2pm, again no call no show until 3pm. I wouldn’t have a problem if he’d just call or warn me, but I can’t sit all day and wait, I’m a very busy person and my time is very valuable. When Patrick showed up he was also very rude to my mom. I called the company and requested to speak with Jeff, the owner, but was always given a lousy excuse that he doesn’t take calls from a customer and 3 weeks later still haven’t gotten a call from anyone, I had to drop their 5 year service contract on another property and hire someone else. Bad business, terrible customer service and the owner/s aren’t willing to even speak to a customer and fix the problems nor apologize. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance, A/C sys

I have used this company for two years. Always rated them well. I’ve had the pleasure of the owner servicing me the last 2 times I used Dillon’s. He is very thorough and looked for the most economical options to resolve issues. Would definitely recommend Dillon’s.
