This company is the best! I've relied on them since they installed our original system 20 years ago and they have never let me down. Whether it was replacing an aging unit or just refilling coolant I never worry that they are trying to sell me something I don't need. They care about their customers even when demand is high. Facing an eventual replacement on a builders-grade system over 11 years old, the Shawnee team offered multiple options and recommendations. The emergency repair of a broken motor was refunded, and the installation was performed on time and according to quote. I plan to continue with Shawnee for all service calls - great team!
