This company has heart, punctual, professional, was on time for one day install and most of all took into consideration of our home by putting down canvas cover so no debris, track marks , or damage was done to home when installing. Great experience from placing the call for service to getting someone out withing 2 hours and having our A/C up and running again! Our technician Matt Tracy was prompt, helpful, friendly and got us taken care of. And the price was affordable and fair. We will be using Town and Country again if needed as well as requesting Matt to come back. Major bonus he is a dog lover and didnt mind our huge german shepherd. Thank you ????

Dec. 21, 2022 Kevin with Town & Country was our Service Technician today and performed our HVAC tune-up. An exceptional professional! He cleaned and serviced our furnace and was kind enough to answer our questions and provide information that was quite helpful. We inquired about a new thermostat and Kevin showed us the units they offer and pricing without any pressure. Like Dave Ramsey says: "the heart of a teacher" and this guy was very knowledgeable.
