Dec. 21, 2022 Kevin with Town & Country was our Service Technician today and performed our HVAC tune-up. An exceptional professional! He cleaned and serviced our furnace and was kind enough to answer our questions and provide information that was quite helpful. We inquired about a new thermostat and Kevin showed us the units they offer and pricing without any pressure. Like Dave Ramsey says: "the heart of a teacher" and this guy was very knowledgeable. We appreciate you and look forward to continued service in the future.

Town and Country HVAC is an outstanding company. They installed our new heating and cooling system 2 years ago and we couldn’t be more pleased. Their service technicians are knowledgeable and very professional. We have had Zach Terry out for routine service twice now and he is both a great technician and a gentleman. I called an issue with a new HVAC system and to my surprise they sent someone out the same day! Zach the technician was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Joe, their area manager stopped by to confirm Zach's diagnosis and he was also very good. Zach took the time to explain what he found and how he addressed it. Also took the time to make a few adjustments to improve system airflow. Overall very pleased with this visit and would continue to highly recommend T&C.
