Fratzel Plumbing

I had an issue with the icemaker and water dispenser on my refrigerator and the repairman determined that it was the water line. So I called Fratzel Plumbing and they were able to send Hunter out the next day. He analyzed the problem, explained what it was, and fixed it immediately. I was very impressed with his knowledge, courtesy, friendliness, and treatment of me as a customer and as a person. I also had him check my garbage disposal as it was vibrating and making a lot of noise. I did have to replace it, but the process was so easy. We determined which one I wanted, scheduled an appointment for the next week. Hunter arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I am a senior citizen and I was very pleased with what was charged to do all of the work. They did not try to gauge me (as I have had a very well known plumbing company do previously). Came out to repair bath tub faucet and gas leak repair. Supposedly repaired gas leak, then looked at faucet said he would get back with me on repair. Charged $300, never got back to me despite my two calls. I feel I was wildly overcharged and didn't get one of my things even repaired. Would never use again. Service: Faucet repair

They pulled off a job i don't think anyone wanted to do, and for a cost no one could touch, they replumbed my kitchen grey line under my house to the regular drain in the worst crawl space (I haven't dared to go in there), and converted my septic into the city about 100 feet away. I do think it turned out to be more than you guys expected but you still did it for what you said...highly recommend.
