Chad was very helpful getting a quote quickly and working with my insurance. The crew was out the next week and worked efficiently to get the job done! My husband and I just bought a new home, we hired Ratliff to do our gutters and we had ZERO problems or complications! Everyone was VERY helpful, respectful, and kind. The work they did is absolutely beautiful!! I would recommend Ratliff Enterprises 10 times out of 10!!

Exceptionally poor services and communication. After one repair, the man who did the job tried to get my husband to pay in cash on the spot, and when my husband refused he said to him that the company would bill us for 300 when he was only asking for 100 on the spot. Super sketchy and unprofessional. This was after we already had multiple issues with this company. When my husband tried to call Mike to tell him about it, he never returned his call (which was par for the course by that point). Other people seem to have had good experiences, but that was not the case for us. We were especially shocked since this company was recommended to us by our realtor. When we told our realtor about our experience, he was equally surprised and upset. I hope other people have better interactions than we did.
