Back in June, I had to have a Radon charge put into my A/C unit due to a leak. The HVAC company I had performing my routine service didn’t carry R22 anymore so I had to search for another company to get the charge. I am extremely glad I found TemperaturePro! Jason was extremely professional and helpful. He got right to work diagnosing the problem. I was offered multiple options to resolve the issue and was not pressured into the more expensive options. I really appreciated how quickly TemperaturePro was to respond, and how quickly they resolved the issue, as June was not the time to be without A/C. By mid-August, I was ready to replace my A/C, Furnace and Humidifier. The A/C and Furnace were over 20 years old, and with the A/C taking a type of Radon that was essentially obsolete, I figured it was time to upgrade.
