Arrow Renovation

We got a bid from Arrow Renovations to fix a very significant leak in our window. The technique by the sales team was "This is what is causing the problem, we have a $2000 minimum, and it wouldn't be right to have us point out the problem and then have someone else come fix it....right...right?" They also make a great emphasis on doing a job "right," saying "if it won't last 15 years, we won't do it." A contract was in front of us to be signed before we even realized that the reference to the $2000 minimum was the quote for the job. They added some other miscellaneous items at that point like securing our kitchen countertop, to make us feel like we were getting our value. We then had to call three times in the following week before we were able to speak to a project manager who we were previously told would call 2 days after the bid. I had Arrow Renovation do a bathroom remodel for me. It was a small job but it was time for a refresh. The crew kept the area clean while the work was being done. New flooring, tile and light fixture. It all looks great and done in a timely manner. Service: Remodeling

This business is the most disorganized group I have ever worked with. It took them 7 months to complete a project they said would take 6 weeks. Employees quit on a regular basis. They did not order the right materials. Workers came and went. Work had to be redone. It was a nightmare experience I will never repeat.
