Arrow Renovation

We hired Arrow to remodel our two bathrooms. The first day of work was in early September 2022, and as of today April 23 2023 the work is not done. Arrow appears to have major organizational issues so I recommend anyone reading this review to look for another company. The major issue has been our master bathroom vanity. Somehow Arrow forgot to order this when they ordered the rest of the material. This was initially framed as ‘The supplier hasn’t delivered it to us’, but after a few weeks of no progress Arrow eventually admitted the truth. By this time our original project manager had left the company. The new project manager suggested that rather than wait the ~10 week lead time for the one we originally wanted, it would be faster if he just made one for us. Six months later, his vanity is still not finished. What he has delivered so far is not good quality. I had LP ExperFinish Flat Panel Siding, Black Gutters and Leaf guards installed on my 1921 Farmhouse. I was super happy with the results. Pedro's crew worked extremely hard and made sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the job. The crew cleaned up at the end of every day. Everyone was friendly and efficient. This business is the most disorganized group I have ever worked with. It took them 7 months to complete a project they said would take 6 weeks. Employees quit on a regular basis. They did not order the right materials. Workers came and went. Work had to be redone. It was a nightmare experience I will never repeat.
