Preston came out on a Friday when the temperature was 100 outside and 84 in the house. He worked on both units to find the problem and actually found two. The coil had a leak and was losing freon and the capacitator (I think that was what it was called.) was broken. He replaced the capacitator and because he had no coil to replace that, he filled up the freon and assured us that he would leave a message at the office. The coil is being ordered and will be replaced as soon as it is back. I realize that is a long story to explain why I'm saying what I'm going to say about Preston. It's important that you understand what lengths he went to in the extreme heat to see that we had AC for the weekend. Preston was determined to fix our problem and went to every effort to make sure that he got that done. He was knowledgeable about the units and made sure to explain exactly what was wrong and what had to be done so that we, who know NOTHING about heating and AC, would understand what was hap

We installed a Kinetico water softener today and the installer and process was very good. Jerrod did a great job and was friendly and took some time to explain a few things when I asked him questions. Would recommend JF Denney

JF Denney team Bill and Sean did an excellent job today at my place. Bill replaced our two water heaters. We have geothermal with domestic hot water assist and I wanted specific plumbing to take advantage of this. Bill listened, advised and explained and did great work meeting our specific requirements even though it was more complex and more work than other water heater installs. Bill also took the time to thoroughly test the system and its options to make sure they were all working before finishing the job. Sean installed the water softener system and also did a first rate job. Knowing we were new to water softeners, he took the time to explain how the water softener works, how to get the most out of it and how to keep the water softener up and running. Sean also took the time and thought to suggest to run the drain line along a longer path to keep it out of the way of foot traffic in the basement even though it took more effort on his part . All in all a good experience. S
