Logan was very friendly and helpful. Called me back within a couple hours and scheduled for the next day. Showed up for the appointment! Made an on the spot temporary repair. Walked me through the insurance process (explained better and in more detail than the insurance adjuster did). They told me 1.5 - 2 weeks' out on work, but from the moment I selected my roof color, the job was completed 6 days later. Overall, best experience I've had with contractors since buying this house.
