I called and talked to the scheduler who was very friendly and outgoing. I made an appointment even though the scheduler warned me they were pushed out for 2-3 weeks, but I could get on a cancellation list or possibly be squeezed in. A day or two later I got a call saying they could have someone out if I was available. They sent John out who was super friendly and easy to talk to. He checked out my issues and I felt like he was super knowledgeable about everything. We had one issue that we couldn’t solve right off the bat after looking at various ways to fix it, so we agreed to fix what we knew we needed to fix and then we would come back to the other issue. After John replaced what we agreed on he had one more idea of what the other issue could be and sure enough, it seemed completely random to me, but it worked. I have used Jason Wright multiple times. As always, John and his team members were very professional and did an excellent job. This was for rewiring of my almost 100 year old home. No small feat dealing with plaster walls, wallpaper and old knob and tube wiring.I appreciate John and his caring and concern and consider him a friend. Update! Once again, Jason Wright Electric came through with excellent service last week. One of my smoke detectors malfunctioned, and they sent out John right away to correct the situation. As always, I appreciate Jason Wright Electric and John so very much.
