Brandon was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. Did an exceptional job bringing my water heater up to code; so much so that I inquired if he did private work. He politely declined advising it was against company policy. Integrity like that is hard to find. Rota-Rooter are lucky to have him. I thought the price was a little steep, but that's on the companies integrity.

Mike provided awesome service with a quick diagnosis of where the problem was thought to be. He offered a few options for repair while considering the upfront cost and making me aware of any charges prior to work being done. Mike showed great character and remained professional on the job and quickly performed the service agreed on. He also stuck around to verify the work that was done was successful before leaving.
