435 Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our old cedar shake roof with grade 4 Impact Resistant shingles! They also replaced our gutters. Everyone was very professional, starting with Brian, and the on site crew did a great job. They kept the yard clean each day and protected the exterior of the home during the replacement. Completely happy with 435 Roofing Inc. In May of 2022 we had to replace the complete roof on our family home. The insurance company refused to cover any expense as the roof was over 22 years old and no hail damage could be validated. Four quotes from different companies were acquired. Lloyd was the first quote received. I asked Lloyd to wait for the other roofing companies to send their prices, color choices, availability of product, etc.. Lloyd was patient and did not continuedly call, or knock on my door in the middle of this bid process, as opposed to the other salesmen. They have been absolutely amazing. Lloyd walked me through everything step by step. He & the crew made sure to make accommodations for my daycare kiddos arriving in the morning. He stayed on-site & made sure they had a clear path. The crew was fast & efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done.
