Completely happy with 435 Roofing Inc. In May of 2022 we had to replace the complete roof on our family home. The insurance company refused to cover any expense as the roof was over 22 years old and no hail damage could be validated. Four quotes from different companies were acquired. Lloyd was the first quote received. I asked Lloyd to wait for the other roofing companies to send their prices, color choices, availability of product, etc.. Lloyd was patient and did not continuedly call, or knock on my door in the middle of this bid process, as opposed to the other salesmen.
