I woke up this morning with my house being temperature at 53° and my furnace not turning on. I called Beebe and spoke with Kelly who was very nice and understanding. She told me she had someone in the area and that they would be out in 30 minutes. Within minutes I had a text from Cris that he was on his way and sure enough, he was there in 30 minutes. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He did not try to upswell me and he was able to locate the issue very quickly. This was all while also answering a ton of unrelated questions I had. Chris found the part he needed and went out to go track it down at a supplier. He returned within 30 min and had my furnace running better than ever. Everything was completed and he left the furnace in better shape than what he found. This is my first time using this company, and I can tell by their service that they are honest and professional. I will be using them to maintain both my heating and air conditioning unit from here on out. Service
