Moe did our diagnostic. He was thorough and professional trying to figure out why our ac was out. He tried several fixes before determining he had to replace the compressor. Chad was awesome. He went above and beyond helping us get another unit installed. The experience was worth the price and they were very quick.
I want to thank The Neal Harris Company for their timely and honest solution to our A/C dilemma. Josh did an excellent and thorough job of installing the unit. Our house is finally cooling correctly.
