Cordell with Integrity did an amazing job working on both our AC and heater. He was able to keep us from buying new equipment, which is certainly nice with kids in college. Our AC needed a new capacitor, which he had on hand. He also was able to add a soft start to our system, helping to reduce load on our solar array. Our heater is vintage and he got it working like new. Some day, when we can afford it, we plan to upgrade to a new HVAC. We'll call Cordell. Phenomenal company! Cordell was extremely kind, honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Excellent communication from start to finish! He did everything possible to try to save my existing A/C and walked me through the process. In the end, I had to replace the unit to which he priced fairly without trying to upsell and overcharge me. I really appreciated that.
