Super responsive, nice and honest! Our HVAC unit was not blowing cold air and 1st Call was able to fix the problem within an hour at a reasonable rate. We called another HVAC company the the guy said we needed a new unit for $5,500. Um, no! Ist Call charged us $400 and we now have cold air :) Services: HVAC system maintenance, Repair HVAC
We had an issue, called and he gave advice over the phone, called the next day to check on it. By the next day my mother's AC went out and he was able to come out the same day. They were nice and professional. Also the price was very reasonable. We will be using them for our biannual checks to keep our aging units running.
Austin was very helpful when our heater wasn’t functioning properly. He talked through what might be the possible issues and requested the information of our unit ahead of time so he could show up prepared with all the parts he would need. He was punctual, friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Would definitely recommend using 1st Call Heating and Cooling!
